Fillings
The patient search for an aligned and whiter
teeth is a reality in all dental offices. In this
direction, tooth colored composite resin
fillings gained prominence in nowadays
dentistry and it is an extremely reliable
material to be used in dental decay, cracks
or fractures, restoring the damaged area
rebuilding the tooth’s natural form and
return it to full function.
It is a great material to replace old amalgam
restorations. It can certainly be used in
anterior teeth to close minor existing gaps or
leftover gaps from an orthodontics
treatment; the so-called diastemas; in some
cases maybe even eliminating the use of
braces

The cosmetic gum surgery aligns and provides symmetry to the teeth. Get rid of your gummy smile! It is a quick 15-minute, procedure, under local anesthesia, and a
lifetime perfect smile.
Also recommended to remove excess gum, exposing hidden tooth, making them look
bigger and lengthier. It has a great effect in terms of space and smile harmonization.
Oral rehabilitation
It is impossible to dissociate teeth aesthetics
of oral health. To achieve ideal chewing, confidence and care is as important as the satisfaction of exhibiting a great smile.
The rehabilitation is pivotal when the patient already presents missing teeth or severe decay associated to parafunctional habits, like bruxism for instance.
Both missing teeth and bruxism can provoke joint pain, headache, neck pain and even clicks/creaks in the ears. The procedure can be conventionally developed as full, partial or unitary prosthetics or as a more complex fixed prosthetics over porcelain implants and crowns.

Contact lens porcelain veneer

Dental contact lens are ultra-thin porcelain facings, custom-made for each patient after a thorough study of the face line and smile curvature.
They are generally bonded over the external face of superior teeth to enhance and improve dental whitening, shape and alignment.
At the Renata Avighi Clinic this process takes very few sessions with barely no teethabrasion for facings placement.
Senior care
The increased raise in life expectancy has made senior citizens to be more atentful to quality of life, which includes not only traveling and socializing but also sustaining chewing quality and confidently. There are a great number of elderly patients entangled by teeth loss, preventing smiling confidence due to fear and embarrassment.
Orthodontics is aware and has developed several techniques to provide greater safety to these patients, who hold removable partial or full prosthetics (denture) and wish to change that.
Dental implants are a great help to provide support, socket or even a fixing point for these previously removable and loose prosthetics. The patient can also chose to replace some of these absent teeth by porcelain units over the implants, in case of discomfort or unsatisfactory aesthetics in the previous denture.
The newly fixed positioned teeth enable the patient to return eating grains, fibers, fruits,
